 The first is to educate and help general populations into losing weight, building strength and achieving the body and lifestyle they really dream of.

No more fad diets, no more binging after giving up, no quick fixes but long term sustainable results that don't ruin your life in the process.

The second is to help aspiring sports people into performing better at their chosen discipline, whether you're aiming for Olympic gold or just being that bit better in a fun kick around with your mates. I give you the tools to improve your athletic ability and chase those goals.
